Visa Applications

Participants who require a visa to enter Switzerland are advised to start the visa application process as soon as possible.

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of residence. Consult the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs' website to find out whether you need a visa and which Swiss representation or representation of another Schengen State you need to apply to for your visa:

In some instances, the visa process can be initialized online:

Make sure you apply for a short stay Schengen visa (for a stay of up to 90 days). Follow the guidelines for business visa.

If you already hold a valid Schengen visa please cross-check with the visa calculator tool and make sure your passport is valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
