The registration fee includes full conference participation, breakfasts, coffee breaks, two lunches (day 2 and 3), a networking dinner (day 1) and two aperos (day 2 and 3).
Abstract submission is open from Monday 3rd of March to Monday 28th of April 2025.
The participants that submit a unique abstract of sufficient quality (max 350 words) will receive a voucher code for discounted conference registration. So, if you intend to present a poster and/or would like to apply for a short talk, please first submit your abstract. To do so, please log in or create an account and then proceed with the abstract submission.
Important: don't forget to proceed with the registration for the conference using your voucher (see below)!
You can modify your abstract until the 28th of April 2025. You will be notified by May 20th whether you're selected for a short talk and/or poster presentation. Please note that discounted rate is contingent upon active participation in the conference, so if your application for a short talk is rejected you will need to present a poster or pay the standard registration fee.
The possibility to submit an abstract and to present a poster is open to company representatives too. In any case, distribution of fliers, advertisements and gadgets during the poster session will be forbidden.
Conference registration is open until the 6th of June 2025. However, to profit from the early-bird registration fee or to register for one of the exciting workshops that we have lined up (see details here) you should register by the 28th of April 2025.

We have organized some great workshops (check them out here) for the morning of Monday 23th of June (costs: CHF 25,- incl. lunch). If you can sign up during the registration process. We have very limited spaces and participation will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so don't miss out.

1. You can log in to your account at any later point in time, to modify your abstract (only until the 28th of April), access your documents (invoice & confirmation) or change your personal data.
2. We will take pictures during the BaCell3D conference.
By registering, you agree that the the organizing committee can use the photographs taken during the meeting for internal and external communications.
We are launching the BaCell3D Science Bridging Program, with the aim to provide financial support to deserving participants that would otherwise not be able to join due to monetary reasons.
