BaCell 3D Science Bridging Program 2025

Financial support applications are now open!

BaCell3D 2025 is pleased to offer financial support to attendees who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. The Science Bridging Program (SBP) is open to all, with preference given to those who can demonstrate motivation for participation and lack of alternative funding sources, such as applicants from underrepresented countries or newly established labs. Grants may partially or fully cover expenses related to conference registration, accommodation, and travel. Please note that financial support is contingent upon active participation in the conference, either through a poster presentation or a selected short talk.

Application submission is open from Monday 3rd of February 2025 to Monday 31st of March 2025.

You will be notified by Thursday 18th of April regarding the outcome of your application. Conference seats are reserved for the awardees, so do NOT register for the conference while waiting for SBP results.

The applications will be evaluated based on:

• Quality of the abstract (max 300 words)
• Brief summary of educational achievements and work experiences
• Motivation letter detailing the reasons why support is needed and why conference participation would be of value for the applicant (max 300 words)
• Expected travel costs (with brief overview of city of residence, mode of transport, days of arrival and departure and other relevant info)
