2026 International Conference on Molecular Systems Engineering (ICMSE 2026) (https://icmse.info/)
These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively for the 2026 International Conference on Molecular Systems Engineering.
The conference fees include the services specified in the participant registration. Travel expenses or costs for accommodation are not included.
With the payment of the conference fee, the enrollees acquire the right to participate in the individual events (e.g. plenary session, networking events) of the conference.
The organizers may refuse admission to the event if the conference fees have not been paid.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program at short notice (venue, schedule, speakers, content) in the interest of quality assurance and/or the organization and feasibility of the event.
If the conference cannot be held on site due to factors beyond the influence of the conference organizers, it will be postponed. Participants will be informed in due course and the conference fees will be refunded if requested.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of insufficient number of participants up to 2 weeks before the start of the conference. Conference fees already paid will be refunded in full.
The organizers exclude liability for damages caused by third parties, in particular theft, which may occur during the event. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
The place of jurisdiction is Basel. Swiss law is applicable for all legal relations.
Photograph release waiver & attribution policy
By participating in the ICMSE 2026 conference, you grant the ICMSE 2026 organizing committee and its photographer(s) the freedom to photograph you while at the event venue during the meeting, and to use those photos in ICMSE 2026 publications, websites, social media accounts, and/or other materials. Photos containing scientific data will not be used unless the ICMSE 2026 committee is granted specific permission from the presenter.
Personal use of ICMSE 2026 photographs, obtained through official ICMSE 2026 meeting galleries or social media accounts, is allowed with proper attribution. Commercial use or repurposing of ICMSE 2026 photographs and media is not allowed.
Cancellation policy
Conference fees already paid will be refunded as follows:
- 100% if cancelled until 31 March 2026
- 50% if cancelled until 30 April 2026
No conference fees will be refunded upon cancellation of participation after 30 April 2026. In case of inability to attend the conference, the participant may be replaced. Cancellation of registration and replacement person information must be sent in writing (info@icmse.info) as soon as possible.
