Abstract submission

Abstract submission is open until Friday, 1st May 2026.

The participants that submit an abstract will receive a voucher code for free conference registration. So, if you intend to present a poster and/or would like to apply for a short talk, please first log in or create an account, and then submit your abstract following this link

Important: do not forget to proceed with the registration for the conference using your voucher (see below)!

You can modify your abstract until 1st May 2026. You will be notified by 15th May whether you're selected for a short talk and/or poster presentation.

Conference registration

Conference registration is open until 10th June 2026. However, to profit from the early-bird registration fee you should register by 1st May 2026.

Important information:

1. You can log in to your account at any later point in time, to modify your abstract (only until 1st May), access your documents (invoice & confirmation) or change your personal data.

2. We will take pictures during the BaCell3D conference.
By registering, you agree that the the organizing committee can use the photographs taken during the meeting for internal and external communications.

BaCell3D image competition:

This year we will be organizing an image competition to showcase the best images of poster presenter's research. You will receive more information upon acceptance of your poster presentation.
